Cancer & Anger
In this raw video, Rebekah and Joel discuss cancer related anger and how they face it and fight it.

Take Aways

Anger is a Normal Response
Cancer feels like a cosmic injustice and feeling angry is normal. But like fear, while it's totally okay to feel this way, we don't want to live there because anger sustained (and fed) can quickly fester into debilitating bitterness.
Use Anger to Fight Forward
Like so many things in life, anger can be hurtful or helpful. One way we channel our anger is by following and manifesting our life purpose, our WHY.
from The HOPE Project
The questions posed to Rebekah in this video are adapted from our forthcoming project, The HOPE Project. THP is designed for those wanting to start a cancer support group in their local area or online. It's everything you need to start and facilitate a thriving group. We aim to release THP in late 2022.
